Neha holds diplomas in Physical Education and Health and Fitness from the Government College of Physical Education in Karachi, Pakistan and Ziauddin University respectively. She is also a professional squash player, playing since age 15, as the winner of the Inter-University Tournament, Inter-Provincial Games, Karachi Games, and Sindh Games. She previously worked as a sports teacher for Markaz-e-Umeed for Special Needs Children. Aside from sports she runs her own business, Meow Pets, selling cat food and accessories.
